The Master of Arts in Producing for Film, Television and New Media is a taught postgraduate programme launched in 2013 in a one-year full-time study mode.

As the first of its kind in the Greater China Region, the programme aims to meet the escalating demand for the professionals who command high-level of language proficiency with in-depth knowledge and understanding of the film, television and new media industry production process (e.g. planning, finance, project development, producing, distribution, promotion, public relations & marketing and theatre management etc.), cultivating students' creativity, independent thinking and operational skills.

Graduates of the programme are equipped to be employed in management positions related to contracting, producing, promotion, distribution, marketing, and exhibition in the field of film industry, television, and new media in Hong Kong, the Greater China Region and around the world.

本課程是大中華地區首個為滿足香港與國內市場對影視與新媒體製片管理人才龐大需求而設立的課程，致力於培育更多具高水平語文能力及對行業有深入的認知的媒體營運管理人才。本課程的學生均會接受全面及多元化的課程培訓，包括影視新媒體策劃、融資、項目開發、製片管理、行銷、宣傳、市場、戲院管理等，致力培養學生的創意、獨立思維及營運能力。畢業生能熟習影視與新媒體業內的商業運作環境，掌握市場對創意產品的需求。畢業生可在本港、大中華地區以及海外地區從事影視與新媒體相關的管理工作。
